Essential Oils To Help Fight Nausea, Morning Sickness, and Indigestion

Oftentimes, my pregnant clients start feeling nausea and indigestion early on their pregnancy, and this condition persists throughout the pregnancy.  It’s very uncomfortable and not at all appetizing to know that whatever you eat, you’ll feel acidic discomfort afterwards.  I love to give my mothers a combination of stretches and exercise advice to ease their pain, but sometimes, they can’t always do these things easily, which is why essential oils come in handy.

To sum up: use DigestZen and/or Peppermint Essential Oil — a drop under the tongue, rubbed on the abdomen, a few drops in a capsule a couple times a day (as you would take an antacid), or rubbed on the soles of your feet.
